Anita Robinson What is Kansa Vatki Foot Massage
Kansa Vatki is a relaxing and invigorating massage of the feet and lower legs and the therapist uses a "two metal bowl" as well as hands to massage with. The use of ghee (clarified butter) or a suitable oil is applied during the treatment. This massage has some benefits in common with reflexology which work on the concept that the feet mirror the rest of the body and its organs. By massaging the feet, the whole body and mind is rebalanced. Benefits of Indian Foot Massage
